Whole Wheat Moroccan Couscous - 16 oz

Traditional couscous with sunflower seeds, bits of dried tomato, bell peppers, cumin, smoked paprika and other spices. Whole wheat provides more protein and fiber, better for your health.
Ingredients:
Durum whole wheat, sunflower seeds, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, onion, green chile, cumin, cilantro, & smoked paprika.
Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil 2/3 cup of water in a saucepan with 1/2 tsp. of salt and 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
2. Remove from heat and pour in 2/3 cup of Moroccan couscous.
3. Wait 5 minutes with saucepan covered and fluff with a fork before serving. Makes 2 servings.
Serving Recommendations:
Add chick peas, raisins, fresh coriander, and a splash of olive oil. This dish goes well with grilled chicken, beef, or fish.
